Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

MazySuzan LLC provides free US shipping on all orders above $20.

We currently ship only within the US, with plans to ship to other locations in the near future. If you enjoy my designs but are based outside of the US, please reach out via our Contact page.

All prints are made to order. The print producer aims to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Orders are sent via FedEx tracked: 5-15 business days delivery aim. 

Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on your location. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the printer. These delivery times are rough estimates. Be sure to check your tracking number regularly.

PACKAGING

Smaller orders are sent in reinforced flat envelopes. Larger orders are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in thick cardboard tubes.
